I got a new one for you kiddies and alcoholics out there.
Chocolate Rum Cheesecake:
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter, unsalted melted
6 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet) semi-sweet
1/4 cup rum
1 pound cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 large eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325~.
- Butter inside of springform pan well andamp; cover the outside (bottom andamp; sides) with a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, shiny side out.
- This reflects heat away from cheesecake andamp; prevents it from baking too fast andamp; becoming overcooked.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with 2 tb of the sugar andamp; add melted butter.
- Press evenly on bottom and sides of pan; refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cut chocolate into small pieces.
- Melt in microwave; combine with rum.
- Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
- Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
- Place in bowl over a pan of hot water and mix until smooth (do not let water touch bottom of bowl).
- Pour about 1 1/4 cups of this batter into a separte bowl and set aside.
- Whisk remaining batter with the chocolate, then stir over hot water until smooth.
- Take springform pan from refrigerator and fill with chocolate batter.
- Gently pour plain batter over top and make swirls down into the chocolate batter with a fork.
- Place on middle rack of oven and bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool to room temp, remove foil and rim of pan and refrigerate overnight.

donbigmano — One morning in the realm of cheesecake, Jugg had come up with an idea
Angel — that he and DM should go on a quest to

donbigmano — where they could escape the evil Fred’s clutches
Angel — “There has to be a place DM.. Just has to be” Jugg said
FracturedPixel — get out the special compass and see if we went the right way
Angel — said DM to Jugg as he got the compass and map
donbigmano — but back at the vault Fred and BF had been contemplating on how to seek revenge with their thefts
Angel — They knew what they wanted to take, but not how to go about it, since they were a bit ‘challenged’
FracturedPixel — but Fred thought he wanted to play with them for a while and maybe find a shoe or two
donbigmano — and hopefully get fed, but suddenly there was an explosion at the gate
Angel — Fred and BF couldn’t understand what the noise was so they went outside to see
FracturedPixel — DM and Jugg throwing rocks at random building
donbigmano — so Fred immediately gave chase
Angel — yelling and throwing paper rocks back at them
FracturedPixel — but Jugg just pointed and laughed at Fred
donbigmano – and both DM and Jugg jumped through a portal leading to a mysterious realm
Angel — while BF shook his fist at them. Once in the next realm
FracturedPixel – DM seem confused as to how they even got there
donbigmano — but it was of the cheesecake lords will so there could be entertainment
Angel — They heard music that was the most beautiful thing they ever heard…
FracturedPixel — and they began to fall asleep
donbigmano — they woke finally to notice they are in the realm of fluffy ruled by the evil pink poke-a-dotted hello kitty pillow princess
Angel – , the evil twin to Sarahtron
FracturedPixel – who liked to play with travelers as if they were her own special toys
donbigmano — but then the evil princess and sarahtron noticed the newcomers to the realm and began to contemplate
Angel — “Are these the ones to settle our feud?”
FracturedPixel — sarahtron went to the tower of magic spells to consult with the great Nyeka
donbigmano — where a great mischief was afoot
Angel — The Great and Wise Nyeka was notorious for speaking in riddles
FracturedPixel — that seemed to make them way to confused
donbigmano — so the sarahtron decided to seek out the great KS at the castle bar
Angel — where he could be found more often than not,
FracturedPixel – guarding his personal stash of beer from people like DM and Jugg
donbigmano – she then asked his advice on a good way to deal with the intruders
Angel — but as usual, she was about an hour too late for any help from him
FracturedPixel — and he made her go away so he could find a place to sleep
donbigmano — so she reported back to the evil princess that no one was able to help
FracturedPixel – figure out the problem which let Jugg devise a plan to escape
donbigmano — DM came up with the idea to steal her magic staff to create another portal to escape
FracturedPixel — but they saw that they would have to wear a pink outfit to use it
donbigmano – so they devised a plan to infiltrate the castle to find the staff deep in Ny’s magic tower
FracturedPixel — where they figured they could find a spell to make their own staff
donbigmano — but they never guessed how powerful Ny really was
FracturedPixel — that was major mistake, but DM figured it
donbigmano — so they came face to face with the daedric princess of mischief
FracturedPixel — who threatened to turn them into toads of they didn’t start running
donbigmano — but when they began to run, Ny teleported them to the realm of the masticating rhino as revenge
FracturedPixel — where they first met the uniswiffer
donbigmano — they quickly had to find a way out of here, and DM noticed a cave entrance to hide them both in
FracturedPixel — but Jugg’s leg was sticking out of the cave
donbigmano — and the uniswiffer was beginning to chew on his exposed leg
FracturedPixel — Jugg began to scream at DM to throw rocks at it
donbigmano — but it began to devour his leg entirely
FracturedPixel — that was when Jugg realized he could have used his magic stone
donbigmano — so he used his magic stone to teleport them straight to the shrine of the masticating rhino to seek the answer to escape to a safe place before the uniswiffer was able to devour Jugg entirely
FracturedPixel — the masticating rhino just looked at Jugg’s leg and laughed
donbigmano — but out of humility it decided to give them their request and opened a portal
FracturedPixel — to a odd world of clouds and heavy fog that was ihabited by Irish Punk
donbigmano — so DM help carry Jugg with his half-eaten leg to a near by tree
FracturedPixel — hoping that someone might come help Jugg before it was too late
donbigmano — but the tree was actually a creature, but it helped heal Juggs leg
FracturedPixel — it also gave DM a special stick that he said would
donbigmano — allow them to fly through the realm without having to walk, but the daedric prince IP
FracturedPixel — sent them back to visit Ny
donbigmano — where she then asked them how their imagination fared in this dream she instituted on them as punishment for the break in
FracturedPixel — it only lead to dreams of being chased by BF and Fred which wasn’t good enough for Ny
donbigmano — so she decided to make them suffer the ultimate punishment
FracturedPixel — that was none other than being her court jesters
donbigmano — immediately after this they awoke from their dream back in the realm of cheesecake
FracturedPixel — where they were made minions of the Don and sentenced to feed Fred all the shoes in the kingdom
donbigmano — and they finally decided an eternity with Fred was better than what they experienced in their nightmare
